99 BTC, Real or not

Hi folks, I used the 99 Bitcoins website for education and help when I first started out in crypto.

They released their own token via a presale this year and I bought some. They had a very active telegram group which then became announcements only and they switched general chat and questions to Discord.

Since the release date they consistently post on twitter and they are listed on Coin Market Cap.

However, when I have tried to claim my pre-purchased tokens from the website the claim button does absolutely nothing.

I asked on Discord and was told it was a back end issue that would be resolved soon. I asked again a week later and again a week after that and next thing I can no longer access the Discord server.

I have raised 4 tickets on their website and always get the automated email saying my ticket has been received. I have even reached out to Alexander Reed who owns the main site as I have no small amount invested with them.

Some others on the Discord server were having the same issue whereas some were able to claim no problem. The token has gone down in price since it's presale price but I would still like the tokens in my wallet and not stuck on their website.

Have any of you got experience with 99 Bitcoins as a company and did any of you purchase any of their presale tokens? If so, we're you able to claim.

I'm from the UK and always get a message saying the site is not for UK investors but even behind a VPN I am unable to claim.

Any advice or help would be much appreciated.
